Hey guys and galz The Nick Nicholson Band is gonna do something different on Feb.9th and play at Tailgaters bar and Grill on Bell road and 59th ave. I started playing guitar on a stool there around 8-10 years ago and I am bringing my band to the Westside of AZ to party at the most famous bar and grill in AZ!!! So remember Feb. 9th Showtime 9pm! Let’s blow the roof off!!!

As some may know I sang a little demo’s on the side for a few local AZ songwriters! I started working with Willow Disc studios (Producer/Singer songwriter Jack Howell) and teamed up with another talented songwriter Ed Waters to cut some tracks for them. Well last week was the taping of the video “Pass the Bag With The Bottle” with a talented bunch of folks here in the AZ! Bobbi Jean Olsen was a part to name a few….. When it’s ready I will letya know! And trust me you will diggit! To be Continued…..
After a 12 month break The Nick Nicholson Band has rested up and are ready to RnR! 1st stop The “World Famous” Museum Club in Flagstaff AZ! That’s right kids…..One night only January 19th at 9pm!! Who cares if there’s snow on the ground…..The club’s gonna be hoppin! Come on out grab a beer and enjoy the show!

Hey Dead in 5 Heartbeats will be released to theaters in Arizona April 5th 2013 and then at a National (USA) and International level later this Spring!!!! Oh Yeah! 8 ball on the Big Screen!!! Who’d a thunk it…… Be sure and spread the word and go onto Dead in 5 Heartbeats facebook page and “Like” and you will be updated on all happenings with the film!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed bringing in the New Year! Let’s start off bringing in 2013 with a bang ya’ll!! In 2012 I took most of the year off getting to know the outdoors a little better and well just….Taking a break…..I’ve got the Nick Nicholson band back together and we will be starting January 19th at the World Famous Museum Club in Flagstaff AZ! (Check the calendar) Hope to see everyone there!! I promise to update a little sooner than normal! Happy 2013!

Had an Awesome time shooting the performance scenes of the Granpas Still video in Alabama over the weekend! Thanks a ton to Gip’s Place for letting us use your fine establishment! A lot of history there and I know this because a LOT of Orbs decided to grace my photos! Hahaha! Hey we are getting closer to Halloween right? And thanks to all of the Extras that came out for the experience! I am Blessed!
Excited to say that I will be headed to Birmingham AL. for the filming of the Grandpas Still music video!!!!! Also looking forward to being cast in the tv series “Birmingham Dark Blue” coming out spring 2013!!! Look out Bama I’m coming to a neighborhood near you!!

Dead in 5 Heartbeats has wrapped filming as of June 17th and is in post production as we speak! I wanna thank everyone for all of their kind words when my Father Alvin “Big Al” Nicholson left this world on June 29th. I was with him when he passed on into Jesus hands. He is no longer in pain and is at peace with our Lord and Savior! Never thought I would be burying my hero at such a young age. I will forever miss my Sunday phone calls to you to fill you in on my career happenings and most of all your fatherly advise when I am in need! Pops I will Love you forever!
